Xiaodong Liu
Ph.D., Professor, Lab leader and director
of IEECAS (Institute of Earth
Environment, CAS). He has been involved in
studies of climate and environmental change of the earth's past, present
and future, especially paleoclimate modeling related to the Tibetan
Plateau and East Asian monsoon. Prof. Liu has published more
than 100 scientific papers, of which more than 40 papers are in the SCI
journals and cited by more than 1000 SCI papers. |

Xinzhou Li
Ph.D., Senior Engineer, received B.S.
degree from Jilin university (2002), M.S. degree (Quaternary Geology,
2005) and Ph.D. degree
(Quaternary Geology, 2008) from
the Institute of Earth Environment, CAS. Dr. Li's research interests
encompass modeling of past and present climate. He is currently
responsible for the operation and maintenance of high-performance
computing facility. |

Zhengguo Shi
Ph.D., Research Assistant, obtained B.S.
degree (Atmospheric Science) from the University of Technology and Science
of China (2004), M.S. degree (Meteorology) from the Institute of Atmospheric
Physics, CAS (2007), and Ph.D. degree (Quaternary Geology) from the Institute of
Earth Environment, CAS (2010). His research interests include paleoclimate
and dust aerosol modeling. |

Assistant, received B.S. degree (Physics, 2004) and M.S. degree
(Physics, 2007) from the Northwest University (China). He is now pursuing Ph.D. degree
(Environmental Science) at the Institute of Earth Environment, CAS. His

include cloud microphysics parameterization and modeling of the climatic
effects of
aerosols. |

Libin Yan Research
Assistant, received B.S. degree (Atmospheric Science) from Zhejiang
University (2006), and Ph.D. degree (Environmental Science) from the
Institute of Earth Environment, CAS (2011).
His recent research interests mainly include the interaction between
the East Asian Monsoon and aerosols. |
